Non-returnable items
*NO returns or exchanges for Scoop Purchases on the Castle Games & Scoops page.
*For all our other items: Our items are print-on-demand, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
Damages and issues (not applicable for Scoops purchases)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 25 days of product delivery. To start a return, you can contact us at itsasmallworlddesign@gmail.com. Please put "RETURN" in the subject line of your email and provide a clear photo showing the issue. Let us know if you are choosing to have your item reprinted or refunded. There is no need to return the damaged product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges
Refunds (not applicable for Scoops purchases)
We will notify you once we’ve received and approved your return request. Reprints will be initiated once approved. If you are requesting a refund, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
